Error: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

Error when exporting tests to an excel sheet as standard user login and also administrator in __Windows 8__.

__Steps to reproduce the error____

1. Launch application Test Case Export to Excel

2. Go to server and project

3. Click OK button = > Error message displayed.

Test cases exported from TFS2012 instances no longer place the steps in individual cells, and are currently bracketed in XML and HTML markup; a sample is shown below (truncated for brevity):

Created Issue: Not working with DynamicTestPlans [1054]

Currently the application only supports "Static Test Plans" not "Dynamic Test Plans"

During the export process not all work items within the test suite are exported. It's a mixed bag as to whether the items exported have zero or more steps.
